WeeBooBay is run by Pegasus IT Solutions, a Coffs Harbour IT company looking after local businesses and families since 2016. So unlike the big online retailers, we don't just ship you a box and wish you luck.

Order from us and we'll come out, set the whole thing up properly, move everything across from your old machine, and make sure it works before we leave.

Complete Setup – $325

Two hours onsite. Everything above, plus the part most people dread.

Files, photos and documents transferred from your old computer
Email set up and working
Microsoft 365 or Office installed
Bookmarks and browser settings moved across
Old computer securely wiped if you're passing it on

Business Setup – from $650

Half a day onsite. For businesses and serious home offices.

Everything in Complete Setup
Microsoft 365 or domain join
Business email, shared drives and permissions
Backup configured and tested
Security, updates and access set up properly
Multiple machines – ask for a quote

Add-ons

Additional computer, same visit – $165
Monitor, dock or peripheral installation – $85
Extra printer or scanner – $85
Home or office network improvement – from $250
One-to-one tuition – $165 per hour
Additional time beyond the package – $165 per hour

We come to you, set everything up and don't leave until it works

Why bother?

Buy the same laptop from a big retailer and it arrives in a box. That's the transaction.

We're local. If something's wrong next week you ring a Coffs Harbour number and speak to the person who set it up. We've been doing IT support here for nearly a decade. The store is just a better way to buy the hardware.
